I received a free ticket for reviewing this event.
Sometimes it really is boring being a supposed grown-up and as Roz Streeten showed a group of 3 & 4 year-olds how to assemble their own colouring books (to their absolute delight) I was sorely tempted to join in.
The event begin by Roz Streeten telling the children how Rosie Flo had started and showing them the different kind of colouring books there were. In the first 2 months 800 copies had sold out and the business grew from there. Now you have books with ‘night’ paper, tracing paper, holiday themes, etc… quite the collecting.
With each new book bought out for the presentation the children, that had started on the cushions next to the chair where I was sitting on, slipped closer and closer until they were at directly at Roz Streeten’s feet.
As the creation of the books began, the actual assembling of colouring books was a little waylaid in favour of actual colouring. 😀
It was a very creative table and Roz Streeten and the Stewarts were encouraging and lovely with everybody.
