Nail Art Tutorial for Ally Carter’s Gallagher Girls / ALL FALL DOWN

So a while back (ok last month) I hosted a ALL FALL DOWN make-up giveaway. To celebrate Ally Carter new book Miss Sporty is giving away free mascara with every book (while stock lasts).

They have also come up with some nail tutorials for each Gallagher Girls character, which are available in the backs of the re-issued Gallagher Girls series.

So after my managed to finally re-grow my nails to a half-way decent standard I’m doing the Cammie nail art. Thank you to BooksWithBite for sending me the tutorial and nail polish.

I figured if I (who’s worn nail polish about 4 times) could do this – you could. 🙂

Now the instructions call for 3 different colours:
Button Rose, Popcorn & Orange Crush.

I had Popcorn and Paparazzi, which is a bright pink so I’m guessing that was the Button Rose replacement?

Step 1:
Apply 2 coats of pink Nail Polish in to all nails except for your ring finger

Step 2:
Apply 2 coats of Popcorn (that’s yellow) to the ring fingernail

Step 3:
Using Clubbing Colour Nail Polish in ‘Orange Crush’ #326 (I didn’t have this so used the pink), dot the brush across the yellow to create a polka dot pattern.

Let the nails dry.

I’d say my dots we’re more like splots but we’ll call it arty. 😉
