Cruel Summer is a great choice! I also have Beauty Queens on my list. Not my favourite book, but I think it fits a summer read nicely.

Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour is the perfect summer read, especially if you’re not traveling anywhere because it really makes you feel as though you’re on the journey along with them. Great choices!
You have such an eclectic list and i need to go add almost all of them to my TBR. I have read a lot of great things about Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour, and I really need to try it, but I think I will read Geek Girl first.
