Happy Anniversary & Stacking the Shelves

I started Luna’s Little Library exactly one month ago.  Since then I’ve reviewed 31 books, entered the British Book Challenge, added my library to Goodreads*, interviewed Andy Robb and been invited to a book launch.

And in the process learned a hell of a lot;

  • Writing/publishing a review almost every day is not sustainable, even with all the books I still have lined up, so I shall be trying to reduce that to a more realistic number.
  • Learning a bit more about book blogging before diving in would have been advisable.
  • Authors are a lot easier to talk to then you think, and so far really nice…
  • What a “meme” is (which I had to Google) 😛

On that note, Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. It’s a chance to show what books you’ve added to your library in the past 7 days. These can be bought books, borrowed, review copies, any which way they come to you.
I’ve linked mine to Goodreads.

Any tips for a newbie blogger are welcome 😉

  1. Wow – congratulations on your one month anniversary 🙂 I’m about 7 months in and I’m still scared to contact authors! So I was so glad to see you mention how nice they are.
